Our Internal Control experience comes from years of auditing and contract compliance management. CorGuv has hands-on experience of successfully setting up the required systems for multi-national oil companies including the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Internal Control systems implemented by us are very beneficial and give staff and management the confidence that the organisation is well run, fair, and effective. We also ensure culture change compliments the new systems, thus making our projects sustainable in the longer term.

Auditing

We have 20 years or more of auditing experience in the oil and gas industry. This has extended across Joint Venture Audtis, Forensic Contractor Audits, and Project Auditing. We have a wealth or experience in managing organisations and identifying issues. We also have the practical of implementing solutions to those issues.

Business Change

An important aspect of a fully sustainable implementation of Corporate Governance systems is that a wide range of staff must fully participate to make the changes integrate into the business. CorGuv has the Change Management Skills to ensure that this is the case. We have the skills and tools collected over years of training and facilitation which aid communication and learning at all levels of the organisation. We have had years of experience in leading transformation and culture change programmes. In our experience, people are at the heart of successful change and projects must take trouble to recognise this as a critical success factor.

Project Management  

We have experience of successful Project and Programme Management at corporate level. We have Association of Project Management Certification and we aim to achieve agreed objectives with appropriate attention to stakeholder and risk management to give organisations what they want in a specific period of time. Our core experience is of senior management and we know what it takes to get things done.
