Our audits specifically review Commerciality, Ethics, and Performance. This goes beyond 'paper' compliance into aspects of the contract directly connected with Value and Trust. Develop these two characteristics and much else follows resulting in a reduction in transaction costs (eg, poor processes, conflicting motivations, uncecessary re-tendering).

On the other hand a lack of trust leads to increased management effort, disputes and, potentially, frequent changes of contractor.
